Qualifications:
1. Extensive knowledge of the Supply Chain for leather products in China or abroad.
2.Must have minimum of 4 years sourcing experience and 2 years in management role with good product knowledge in metal, footwear, and leather. Experience in an American or European company preferred.
3. having a sharp eye and a keen understanding of the quality and design as well as the latest fashion and trends.
4. Good price negotiations skills & cost concept management skills
5. Fluent in English and Mandarin and computer

Responsibilities:
1. Set up and maintain product style and material libraries
2. Sourcing of new suppliers and materials in cooperation with other department
3. Follow up on specific new developments with suppliers
4. Supplier performance appraisals.
