Job Description:
1.Management of all the supply chain planning activities (domestic sales and product import & export).
2.Ensure raw material on-time delivery, while optimizing inventory holding for the account.
3.Production planning to ensure timely delivery of finished product to the customer.
4.Provide inventory control leadership and analysis, to ensure maximum Inventory turns.
5.Be cost conscious and accountable to cost reduction plans for the account .
6.Work with customers externally and internally to identify new opportunities to improve our current processes as well as design and implement progressive management
7.Manage and provide relevant training to staff.
Requirements:
1.Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
2.8 years working experience in PMC,familiar with MRPII system operation;.
3.Broad base knowledge of planning and supply chain processes
4.Interpersonal relationship and capability to operate in a matrix organization
5.Qualitative analysing and reporting, Problem solving and decision making
6.Good teamwork and interpersonal relationship.
