Responsibilities:
Executing branch banking strategies to achieve target in sales;
Sales Management-Achieve sales target through upgrade of staff activities and skill Level;
Service Management-Achieve highest customer satisfaction through experience enhancement and performance improvement.;
Employee Management-Maintain a motivated and high performing team through training, supervising and standardrising;
Operation Management-Ensure risk control in a safe way;
Branding-Ensure branch demonstration presence with positive and proper strategy.
Requirements:
A university degree preferably in finance/banking or related discipline;
3-5 years managerial experience in financial services institution;
Sound knowledge in general banking law and practice, knowledge of equities markets, unit trusts and other personal investment services;
Strong marketing skills and a thorough knowledge of financial products and services;
Strong interpersonal skills strong interpersonal,analytical,problem solving and decision making skills;
Overseas relevant education or coaching is highly appericated.
