Responsibilities:

1. Cooperate closely with Materials, Costing and merchandising departments to realize the sales targets.
2. Combining with styles of defined brands, organize, design and develop new products and upgrade product level according to market trend.
3. Execute design plan and make production evaluation, transformation and technical standard specification.
4. Be sensitive to different fashions of brands, and be proficient in characters evaluations.
5. Provide summary or suggestions on styles problems and submit report for company policy.
  
Requirements:
1. University or College degree or above.
2. Experience in footwear or apparel industry preferred.
3. Strong sense of styles trends and market investigations ability.
4. Be expert in integrity of product and supply source.
5. IT-skills of design software.
6. Fluent in English.
